Special General Meeting
 

Please find attached the updated AISC constitution to comply with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. This document is to be adopted by the members and submitted to the Incorporated Societies by 5 April 2026, allowing the Club to continue to exist beyond this date.

Please take the time to read these documents. If you have any questions/queries/comments, please send them to secretary@aisc.org.nz in advance of the meeting so that a response can be considered by the Executive Committee.

We will be holding an SGM to ratify this document on Sunday, 15 February at Avondale Hockey Turf Club Rooms from 4:15 pm, which is immediately after the Junior Hockey muster held at the same venue from 2 pm-4 pm. We require a quorum of at least 20 people for this meeting, so please make an effort to attend.
